Got a big ass pot luck tomorrow at work, going to stuff myself x_x

Read a leak the upcoming RTX 5090 will be priced at around $ 2,000 lol overkill not to mention it will consume around 600 Watts scary, even at lower watts like the 450 watts RTX 4090 already caused many power connectors melting issues. RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 will be way safer lol.

Sounds like GPUs are reaching their ceiling limits.

yeah They can't just keep increasing the cuda core numbers and power consumption. Switching to much more smaller nm chip will be the best way to go next I think.

I think im gonna sleep in till at least 11 tomorrow lol. Ya boy is EXHAUSTED.

Read more GPU Leak. It sounds/looks like the RTX 5070 ti will be the new sweetspot. With the same amount of VRAM as the RTX 5080, 16GB VRAM, with the same 256 bit Bus and only around 1792 less Cuda cores than the RTX 5080. Unless they increase the VRAM amount of RTX 5080 to 24GB VRAM I think it is going to be a tough sell for the RTX 5080 like the release version of the RTX 4080 that was also a tough sell. Hopefully they will indeed release the 24GB VRAM version not too long after the 16GB VRAM version as rumored before on their highly likely plan of them releasing RTX 5080 ti or super version with 24GB VRAM after the 16GB VRAM version.

Those look like two very fast video cards. I never expected a video card would have 24 GB of VRAM.

Indeed they are fast. In older days a GPU with that much VRAM was for workstation, running CAD, making CGI movies. Like the Quadro M6000.
