It looks the same as a normal New 2DS XL but with a different title. I can region change with it being new and yes, they are hard to come by since they stopped production two years ago. Even the charger I was lucky to get is the same plugin as in the US and it looks a bit different.

I don't know for sure, but I'd bet they're delicious too, but I guess we'll never know, as they look too good to be eaten.
