^Note: It's Flash

Two game modes:

-VS. CPU (rally with a computer player)
-Survival Mode (rally with yourself against a wall)

Controls are explained on the homescreen. If none of the keys work, you'll have to click on the actual game itself to set focus to the Flash object. Once you do that, keys will work fine.

I will probably make the game more graphically appealing by adding entrance and exit animations for the menu, paddles, ball and survival mode wall, as well as adding effects with ball bounces. But for now, tell me what you think! I hope the AI is tough enough!

So, since I can't click on it ATM (on iPod, Apple no likey flashy), I'm going to assume it's Pong with a Dannanigic twist?
May have to try it tomorrow if I can.

Well, actually Yoshi, it is Pong... but there isn't really a twist, yet. Right now it's just a standard game that works, heh. I can add twists if I want I guess, like the Ball being replaced for a Shy Guy mask.

Tried it, it works great. Unfortunately I'm not much of a "Pong" guy...now "Pac-Man"...a whole other story...

Heh, yeah, I started working on this just to make something easy and get a good understanding of it all, but now that I've gone this far, I think I might try my best to avoid becoming "just another Pong remake".

Or, It's pong..But BETTER!
Make a shooter game.

Controls are pretty good, very responsive which is nice in this type of game. I have to admit, I'm very excited to see you getting into this type of media NintenDan! You have a bright future with creating flash games! Do I smell Shenanigan Guy flash game spin offs?!

Heh, well, this is the best kind of feedback I was hoping to hear (Don't worry Dev, I liked your comment too). After doing a bit more with this, Shenanigan Guy Flash game spin-offs are actually feasible. I can't make very good platformers (I can make generic ones that consist of nothing but rectangular platforms, but no slopes, unfortunately), but I can have side-to-side + jumping games where you have to collect stuff to get a high-score. Now I've got a whole bunch of ideas, thanks Arcella!

I'm really impressed Dan. However its a shame you didn't put in the Fire Ninjas like you put in all your other games. I guess the Ice Ninjas will have to suffice.
I expect more great things from you Daniel.

NintenDan, you could also do simple static images of panels of your comic and create the very first "Shenanigan Guy: 'Choose Your Own Adventure'-style Comic" or something of the like. Perhaps you take the role of Shenanigan Guy and have to answer questions based on questions from the rest of the gang to get through the comic with three (random number) possible outcomes. The possibilities of creating interactive comics are only limited by your imagination. Does this sound like something you'd be interested in creating? I know I'd love to see it and I think nearly everyone of your Shenanigan Guy fans would love to partake in it as well.

Also, your AI in Dannipong is annoyingly sly. >:[!

A game show?

A game show?
That is one possibility. It could also be a simple "click to find chomp", "click to find bob" sort of set up with different outcomes. The plot of his comic could really be anything. Hopefully they do not end in explosions!

Arcella, they'd end with nothing but explosions!

But I have actually made a full-scale "Choose Your Own Adventure" game in Flash for a school assignment. It had multiple endings, a story that tied together quite well and a few interactive scenes (even a Pokemon-styled battle between a Chicken and a Dog, heh), so an Interactive comic would be fun and challenging to make!
