David Perry Doesn't Like Wii Controls

David Perry, the man who is responsible for giving the world Earthworm Jim over 70 years ago, thinks that the Wii controls are 'sloppy.' Now, Perry is currently working on a 'top secret' MMO with Acclaim, and says he's no Nintendo hater, but just mentions that he thinks there's a certain precision missing from the Wiimote and nunchuk controllers that is very un-Nintendo.

Of course, this is the same man who designed an MMO, Dance!, which is meant to simulate the experience of being in a dance club with your friends. So, one has to wonder what sort of credibility he has. It's sort of like the people who make High School Musical games ragging on Halo 3.

I suppose that's his views on the Nintendo Wii console, other game developers may see it that way, and attempted to exploit it.
