Some rechargeable batteries like car and laptop batteries are expensive, so it would be nice if it was possible to easily and safely repair thrm.

That is too bad. I think those external power chargers with batteries should be made where it is easier to replace the charging parts like battery material, USB charging ports, lights, case, and wires.
