Digimon Is Getting a New Trading Card Game

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced Digimon Alysion, a new trading card game. The Digimon Alysion reveal took place at Digimon Con 2025, the fourth edition of the event dedicated to celebrating the Digimon franchise. In addition to confirmation that it will be coming to mobile devices, a new trailer has been shared.

Digimon Alysion has been announced and will be released for Android and iOS at an undisclosed date. The new Digimon trading card game was recently teased and has now received a new trailer showing how players will view the collected cards, a match search screen, and what appears to be a screen showing the cards pulled by the player. The video also revealed a battlefield with a similar design to Hearthstone and a type of inventory in which the player's Digimon appears in pixelated graphics.

I hope this game will be translated into English! I think there was a Digimon Trading Card game app that was only in Japanese recently. I've always been interested in the Digimon TCG but I didn't have any of the older cards I do have a deck of newer cards I got a couple years ago. No one I know plays the game in real life, so I haven't had a chance to give it a shot.
