I would be going for Frankie Jay Live Concert that's coming up on 16th April here in Lagos. Hopefully, it's going to be a good one.
Wow! That's a very long time to prepare and get set. I am thinking of putting it in my to-do list.

Yeah, that's very correct. This one that's coming up have been planned for more than 3 months. Most live music performances take a lot of time to prepare. This is because they want to give their audience the best performance.

You're right about that with some of them being very expensive.I hardly go to concerts, because they are so expensive where I live at. So many fees...
Concerts fueled my love for music, and to play guitar this year.
the only three concerts I've been in my life. Here they are:
Styx in 2010
Cheap trick in 2016
and Steve Vai (inviolate tour) 2022.
Yes, I do enjoy live music! haha
Yes, I hope so too.3 months is a long time to make such plans. I foresee an event that all spectators will enjoy though.
How about when the same artist performes live in a concert? Does it appeal to you?It really depends, but a lot of the time, no. I know they want to make it more entertaining to the audience and improvise during the music and change up how they play it, but I'm just not into that. If they play their music straight like how it's recorded, yeah it's fine, but I find it's hard to find the same magic live as opposed to just listening to the track.
Again, it depends. I've heard a lot of live versions of songs I love that I don't like because they change it up so much. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but you know when they're hyping up the crowd and adding guitar solos or drum solos into random parts of a song. How about when the same artist performes live in a concert? Well, that's completely understandable. I get exactly what you're feeling with it.Again, it depends.
