Personally, I never rolled back into games I use to play on remastered versions.

I generally dont play remaster games unless I like the storyline and characters of the game.

It depends on how they are made, some remastered games are really good and some are very bad.

It depends on well the game was remastered. I think the Spyro Reignited Trilogy was great despite certain dialogue being edited. I wish they kept the old dialogue, and just put a disclaimer like they do when they re-release old games in bundles. I think it's great the Tomb Raider remasters stuck to the old dialogue, and didn't do much censoring.

I like remastered games when they actually make it better graphically or performance wise. Otherwise I would prefer the classic.
