Do you maintain a Wiki?

I recently added a Wiki on to my anime chaos/writing website. And right now there's a pretty significant gap in what I imagine the finished product will look like, compared to what may only be possible to accomplish (out of the box).

So, if you maintain a Wiki, or have built one, do you have any tricks, tips, and advice to help a fairly nooby out? (I've already began working with Templates and Categories, but I think I've only just scratched the surface on what they can do.)

Tried once a long time ago, it takes a lot of time and takes time away from focusing on the forum, so I killed the project.

I have a wiki, but I'll admit I haven't done much with it in a long time. It's a wiki for forum software. I'm still a noob when it comes to making custom templates, I sort of looked at Sonic Retro's wiki and seen how they had some of their templates set up and set mine up similar to theirs. :V

At least it's still around.
