Well it seems everybody's got some experience with these. And I never thought about PC games not really being able to be pre-owned, heh.
I wish games in Australia were $60 brand new... they're usually $70-$80, which isn't too much of a difference, but still.
I hate the shops that offer stupid trade-in deals as well, where you have to trade in 10 or so games just to get a small discount on a new console. I don't know about you, but I would kind of want to keep all those games for myself.
Depends on the game and whatnot, but it would only be about $10-$20 off the retail price. Sometimes you can get lucky and find really cheap ones, but the rip-off stores don't do much of a discount.

Yeah, some rip-off store like EB Games offered me $26 for my Rayman 3D. Obviously I am not gonna sell it to them, when you know that they are going to rip-off another customer with $68 for Rayman 3D.
Btw, I found one website that sells new DS and 3DS games that doesn't cost that much (Although it still depends on the game, like pokemon, mario, etc). 3DS games costs around $45-50, while DS game would cost me around $10-50 (Mostly cost 10-25 bucks, except pokemon and some other tittles). But I have to wait for the delivery (approximately 3-14 days).
Pre-owned all the way. I tend to buy from proper stores though so it's easier to inspect them or return them if there's a problem. I only buy new if it's a franchise I really want to keep going.

That's a good policy I think, it keeps you safe, plus you don't waste a load money on games you might not like (plus you can return them if they're really dodgy).
No, I have never bought a pre-owned game or console, and I never will.
I enjoy my star club points I get for every game I buy... So much cool stuff I want!
