It's almost impossible for one to get all the nutritional values our body need from our meals only. It's why supplements are necessary to be used once in a while to boost what our body lacks. I'm currently using OMEGA 3 OIL PLUS and it's very good.

Yeah, that may be true, but I don't do herbs very often.It is possible to get most of the things our body need from herbs. This is what Asians do and they live healthy and strong.
It's a very important vitamin to take every once in a while. I do take it from time to time. It also helps with sleep too if I remember well.I do take vitamin D in the winter. It's cheap. And not enough sunshine in the day. What can I say?
