Yes, I use RSS feeds and e-mail subscriptions to keep up with news from my fav. blogs and sites since it is faster then visiting every single site for my info.

No I don't.. I only use RSS's on my forum and even then, I don't use it often because it adds to the post count. I'd rather my stats be legit, and from actual posts instead of empty threads. So, instead of importing them daily or weekly, I'll import new ones only if the number of posts from my members during that time are greater than the number feeds imported. Otherwise, I just won't import any new feeds.
I only use them here for GF.

In that case, no i do not. I had one set up with Opera before but I kept getting pop ups from the browser informing me of new feeds.
