I do. Depends on what I did & where I'm going. If it's winter, not as often. Summer, I change them more often. There have been times I put on a top or sweatshirt then an hour later took it off. I won't wash it when it didn't get dirty or smelly. I hang it back up in a different section to differentiate tops I've worn once or are freshly washed.

Yes, the weather plays its hands on how often most people wash their clothes. If it's too hot and you get all sweaty, not washing the clothes you wore at that point is a crime.
