Until now, where Covid has shaken up everything and people are holding out.

At my job, I don't think they even do that. They just stop showing up for work one day.

One day this lady shows up for her shift, we all clock in, hang out a bit finish our breakfast (on our sunday shift someone tends to bring something in) and suddenly the lady just clocks out, hops into some waiting car and never returns, no mention, no word no nothing.

I've thought about just taking what is left of my vacation instead of giving a notice. But that depends on how I am treated. If you are going to treat me badly, which is going to be one of the reasons I'm leaving anyway, then I'll just use up all of the remaining vacation time I have instead of working and let you figure out how to do my job on your own.

I am out of my first company and the manager told me that, I got a good score on re-hiring stuff
