Hello everyone who may read this post. My name is Dave and, like all of you, I play video games. I realize a 50 year old man/boy should probably get another hobby in what many would consider the beginning of the "twilight years". But don't let my age fool you.

I still have all my original parts. Everything functions just as it always has. And my mind is just as sharp as it ever was. Plus, my mind is just as sharp as it ever was!

I'm a generl type of player. I have no preference of systems or game types. I play World of Warcraft on my PC, a lot of Titanfall on my Xbox One, Halo 4 on my 360, and I LOVE God of War on my PS3. My games collection is too big to list here, but between the COD's, Battlefield's, Halo's, and RPG's I never get bored with it.

I like to play but I also love to watch others play on Twitch. I may be known as a socially inept person in real life, but if you want to talk gaming I break out of my cocoon and become a social butterfly! That was the weirdest sentence ever. I promise not to do that again.

Happy gaming!

Woo! Welcome to the forums! - Also, age doesn't matter when it comes to gaming! I had a guild leader from World OF warcraft who (hilariously) found out that we lived close to each other and we hung out in person and raided together. He was in his late 50's and was retired and owned some tattoo shops and would ride his harley and play WoW for 30 hours a week and was a guild leader of our huge guild of over 600 people.. so yea.. age is nothing to a real gamer.

Age don't matter, my 74 year old grandma is currently playing PS3 games.

Welcome to GF.

Haha age is no wall to a passionate gamer or any passion for that matter. Like the dreaded "Where do you see yourself in X years" question asked in interviews, if someone asked me 'what do you see yourself doing in the future', I would most definitely say gaming. Whatever else I give up on, I can never give up on gaming, it's an addiction.
