Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will ship in early 2020. The game will include English and Japanese audio and support Neutral-Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles.

Bandai Namco Entertainment describes the game:

Developed in Japan by video game developer CyberConnect2; the game tells the legendary story of DRAGON BALL Z, taking players on an unforgettable adventure to experience over-the-top battles and challenging quests while creating life-long friendships as they crusade to protect Earth from fearsome villains. Additionally, DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT will also present resolutions to long unanswered questions from the DRAGON BALL Z storyline through light-hearted side quests.

According to the Dragon Ball Games Twitter account, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's next-gen upgrades for Xbox Series X/S will be "delayed until further notice." It confirms that the technical team at Bandai Namco is working to resolve the issue already, but the team hasn't clarified how long it would take for a clear fix versus a more complicated problem with the platform.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Cell Saga looks like a fun DBZ game. I remember watching Cell Saga on TV many years ago.

It's better they take their time and do it properly. I can understand why they didn't put any specific date on it and it's to avoid fans nagging if they fail to make it happen before that time....shades of what happened with Cyberpunk 2077.
