Anyone play any of the Mother games? The two that iv played through so far (Mother 3 and Earthbound) are some of my favorite games ever created. The soundtracks for the games are amazing, the story telling is wonderful (Mother 3's is much better then Earthbound up to the end) and the gameplay is enjoyable and fun.

I've tried em and I think they are quite boring...now hear me out, I'm not trying to troll here..it's just it's progression is so slow. That and I do not like the battle scheme and such. I'm sure the story is ok, but what good is a story without good gameplay? RPG's aren't my favorite type of game, but I do enjoy em every now and then.
 
Oh but sir, expressing your opinion isn't trolling! They aren't for everyone. The series' gameplay relies heavily on grinding, especially Earthbound and does take a while to get in to.
 
Played bits of all 3 of the games and know enough about them. I think they're pretty cool just wish they were portable.

I really wish they would re-release them to the rest of the world. I know Nintendo made a GBA port of Mother 1+2 (Earthbound)

I don't think they ever will though, it has to do with copyright laws or something.
 
Yes. I've beaten Mother 1 three times, Mother 2 once, but currently playing it to beat it again, and Mother 3 two times.

In fact I'm such a Mother dork that I can't wait for this.
