This I did not expect, they've gone and gave Skyward Sword a score of ten. Considering how harsh the magazine can be on games, that can only be a good sign for the quality of Skyward Sword as a game.

What do you think?

Wow it got a 10. It doesn't influence how I feel about the game though. I mean even if it did get a 10 I still think this game isn't going to be very good.

Let us know what you think after you've played it. I'm sure you haven't yet. What about it looks so bad? Honestly?

I'm interested to know that, too.
You're perfectly entitled your opinions, Dark Young Link, but it would be nice to know that you actually have a fair and logical reason for holding them.

From what I understand is that he doesn't like it because of the graphics and story. That's still no reason to assume the entire game will be bad.

Mostly the story sounds bad. Not to mention that so far from what I've seen control wise, the control doesn't look that good. Like the bomb rolling looks like it could be broken.

Ok, what's the story then? And again with the gameplay, How would you know how well the controls work yourself?
EDIT: Infact, what kinda story are you looking for in a zelda game?

So far in the story from what I know.

Link and Zelda start off in a world in the sky. They also go to school. Zelda goes missing and Link goes to look for her.

Not a great story. Almost sounds like Wind Wakers story with is so much worse. I prefer a story like in OoT or MM. Even TP had a better story even if it did have Midna, the most annoying character in the Zelda series. (Yes I'm including Navi as well. I really hated Midna's laugh.) I want my Zelda to be epic.

Yes! Can't wait for this game! I'm fully convinced that Shiggy is right saying this will be the greatest Zelda he's made. I feel he took the best elements out of the series and put them together. Also, Biff is in the game.

If that's all you know, then shush. Nintendo isn't so low as to make their zelda story just that. What's going on with the villain in the story? What about the goddess that inhabits the skyward sword? What's the story behind the islands, or the story behind hyrule? How about the master sword? How was that created? All these to be revealed and more. Sure link and zelda love each other, but that's not what the story is going to revolve around. -_____-

You also left out why you hate the gameplay when you wouldn't even know how well it plays yet...

I already said how broken the gameplay looks.

Like the bomb rolling looks like it could be broken.

I mean the Wii can use motion quite well, but the bomb rolling looks like you have to be so precise when doing it and if you played TP some of the motion doesn't work the way you want it to. For example in TP there were times I had trouble with the motion with the sword. I would swing, but sometime it didn't swing right or there were time it wouldn't register my swing. Part of that was from my controller because I broke the motion from bashing it against the wall so much from frustration, but even when using a different Wii remote I still had a problem where it didn't register, but it was one of the early Wii games so I don't blame it, but I'm sure the sword may not work as well in SS either.

I'm getting the game, I'm not getting Wii Motion Plus. I've used WMP at my friends house and there was no difference from what I felt so I'm not buying it.

SS-Yes.
WMP- No.

I'll still get the game and I still won't buy Wii Motion Plus. (Also it makes the Wii Remote look bad.)
