Same here, I don't think I've ever had any of the other flavors though. Not even sure what they are.

You'd likely see them the further away from NYC you go. For example, south of New Jersey, and perhaps some areas in northern Delaware, Dr. Pepper does not exist, and if you ask for it, instead, you'll get Mr. Pibb/Pibb Xtra. If you go into McD's and ask for Dr. Pepper, then that is probably the only way you'll get it, otherwise, you'll get Mr. Pibb and hope that you can't tell the difference.
