I gotta say for me, Darknuts from The Wind Waker!
They're one of the very few enemies I really just use my sword and NOT bombs or something else!!(excludes grappling hooks XD)

My favorite Zeldas enemy is probably the Twilight Princess Darknuts or Wind Waker ChuChus

Do bosses count? Because my favorite enemy in that case would definitely be Fawful. He is lacking in beef. Fawful is beef-less.

But if it can't be a boss, I'd have to say... Chargin' Chuck. He comes in many varieties but never gets any love anymore.

Does anyone realize that this is under Zelda games and it most likely means enemy from Zelda games only. Unless it doesn't then, this should most likely be moved.

Anyway I would have to say Garo's. They're pretty cool. They're like ninjas and that's pretty cool.

Anyways, I don't really have a favorite Zelda enemy. However, I do like Lakitu.

I know he's technically a Mario enemy, but he appeared in Minish Cap. So there.
 
My favorite has to be the Twilight Princess Darknuts. You only get to fight them a couple times in the game, but they're so much fun, and the fact that I can beat them faster than my dad (who prides himself on being better than me in everything we both do) makes it all the better

I laugh so hard when i fight Ganon in twilight princess. Because I can beat him with FISHING BAIT! HAHAHAAHaha
Best Zelda boss to get rid of (even though the beginning of the fight is kinda long...)
 
Damn, that's a tough one..... how about... Twilight Princess' Redeads?
 
Dark knights from twilight princess. They held a challenge making them fun to fight and in the cave of challenges the triple dark knight fight made me have to take out my unused and in mint condition magic armour and made me lose 600 rupees but i still won =)

These guys, specifically the red ones from Ocarina of time. They have cool hats.
