LoZ Ocarina of Time + Twilight Princess
and definitely the Soul Calibur series

I'd have to say that all of the music in video games is really good. I've yet to find a soundtrack I haven't liked. With that in mind...my favorite soundtracks would be Zelda and FF.

Music from the chrono series
the final fantasy games have some good songs, especially 9.
breath of fire has some good songs as well
and the dragon warrior/quest games have good songs.
Soul nomad and the world eaters has really good songs as well
Kya dark lineage has two songs in particular that are really great to listen two.

Well i have two soundtracks that i love and that is Metal Gear Solid Two: Sons of Liberty and Radiata Stories, both for PS2, best soundtracks around.
