I agree with this. I mean if it's another Fire/Fighting, I'll get it, but man will I be disappointed.

I usually get the water type and this is no expection. Water is just my favourite type.
my favorite is chespin beacuse is grass/flying and in the game i can get to waterpollo tha is water/fire so i don't need the other startets pokemon

none of the final typings have been revealed yet, and the only other gen 6 pokes revealed have been the 2 legends and a eevee evolution.

I can't wait for the R/S/E remake though, if they make one. I'm dying to get Latios. I have like 7 Latias's.
I'm pretty sure they're not going to remake R/S/E. The only reason Red/Blue and Gold/Silver got a remake was so that you can get all the Pokemon. There is no real reason for a remake.

I'm pretty sure they're not going to remake R/S/E. The only reason Red/Blue and Gold/Silver got a remake was so that you can get all the Pokemon. There is no real reason for a remake.

Non-disclosure forms are often mandatory for testers to participate. If a tester leaked information they would be screwed by a lawsuit so heavy, they'd spend their life in a cardboard box in a Japanese alley. Not to mention, Game Freak has noted that the game is still undergoing production.
To answer the thread question, Froakie. I'm USUALLY more partial to the grass starter, but Chespin is just a mash up of several pokemon in my eyes. I could list them, but I'd rather not provoke others to debate and argue on an opinion based statement. Bulbasaur was boss. I opted for Totodile in Gen 2 because Chikorita was "ok" but Totodile was adorable. I settled on Treecko in Gen 3 because I like Grovyle and all the starters fell short. Gen 4 warmed me up to the derp of Turtwig for the awesomeness of Torterra. Gen 5 brought us Smugleaf... I mean Snivy. I feel sort of disappointed not having an awesome Grass starter in Gen 6. Perhaps it's evos will warm my heart. Until then, derpfrog away!
