What kind of item do you always enjoy getting in RPGs?

I like hidden items near the end of the game. They tend to give you insane buffs, or quality-of-life improvements, that if you miss, you can never get unless you start a new playthrough.

My favorite item is in-game money like gil in Final Fantasy, so I can buy items like HP potions I need at the store in towns in the game.
