The same like Cloud's just execute it when it's full. Remake Tifa's uniqueness is her chi techniques this time around. You need to use her "unbridled strength" ability to increase her chi level to do more devastating attacks, each chi attack will consume her chi level, and you can combo it until it reaches back to her base level chi. Tifa is also really good with deadly dodge materia abilty.
