12 is very debatable.

I thought the exploration was fun, at least for a first full 3D Final Fantasy, but I wasn’t fond of the MMO style combat. Sort of like why I don’t care for Xenoblade as much as others.

Pretty much this, found the battles really boring back on the PS2 days.
