Read some stuff on people discovering pc code from the leaked demo gamedata from Siliconera:
PC code suggesting resolution options beyond the ones for the PlayStation 4. (The information there suggests a standard 1080p resolution for the console and that it will run at 30FPS.) As roXyPS3 mentioned, the uncovered data also references AMD and NVIDIA tech.

The game is first for PS4, so I'm sure the PC will get it and then the Tifa plot will get real.
lol though the Ps4 remake Tifa PLOT version is already good.
And from the leaked demo data, it looks like some cutscenes are not rendered in real-time but pre-rendered, so I am guessing cutscenes with really big areas are not real-time like the intro cutscene.
