Dragon Ball Z episode 1. It was what got me into anime, and probably the most legendary anime/manga in my opinion since it inspired Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and many others. And the Dragon Quest character designs are like Dragon Ball character designs... because Akira Toriyama, the author, is the designer.
Sailor Moon.. the F'd up watered down, censored so much that the story line didn't make sense, American version of it.
what BA said, but back then I was young enough that all the censoring didn't stand out to me.

Agreed. Dragonball (in general) was a pioneer for many anime after (One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, etc.) It is also sometimes considered one of the most legendary anime/manga created.

Hmm hmm hmm, it was Poke'mon as far as I can remember. I might have seen some others but it was the first I really watched.

I've heard CCS a lot, but what does it stand for?
CardCaptor Sakura if I remember right. Weird thing is I never remember watching this on toonami (which it did air on.)
