Guys, I found some nice news for all of you that are into anime. If you like fist of the north star and liked the first Ken's Rage game, then you'll be happy to know that a sequel is being made for the current systems.

They were even nice enough to give us a teaser trailer. Have a look:

>Complaining about a Hokuto no Ken game.

GracefulAssassin is obviously not YOU WA SHOCK.

In all seriousness though, I've always wanted to play the first game. Sure, it used the DW engine, but it didn't seem nowhere as boring, thanks to using Kenshiro's crazy Hokuto Shinken techniques.

If I manage to get my hands on the first one and like it, I might give this one a whirl. That, and maybe Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battles as well.

Good to see old-school MANime games coming to this region.

A lot of the complainers need to understand a very clear fact here. This is an ANIME game. Meaning for the most part it's fan service to the people that love the respective anime the game is based on. In this case, Fist of the North Star.

And as for it being repetitive, it's drawing from the anime as a fighting game, here is ALWAYS going to be some sort of repetition. But guess what, as I said before, people are still buying it. And yeah, even though sales are dwindling, here's a fact for you, almost EVERY game out right now is suffering from decreased sales. So it has nothing to do with repetitiion.

Fist of the North Star is a classic anime, it has a strong & loyal fan base it even had a live action adaptation a couple decades ago, when an anime is on the level like Akira, Dragon ball Z & others. But personally I like the anime more than a game. It was just good and I don’t have any excitement about 2nd part and I am not interested in buying the next release. The previous one was quite slow and boring, the controls was disgusting and the game doesn’t have golgo. So my vote is thumbs down.

Well honestly, Fist of the North Star games have always been traditionally bad. All they way starting from the NES to now. It's hit almost very system at one time or another.

You have to be a SUPER HARDCORE fist of the north star fan to buy them lol

When did I ever mention sales? And what games' sales are suffering right now anyway? Mostly games from Japan because not many Westerners like that. Things like Call of Duty or Assassin's Creed are still flourishing. Plus, Naruto games are fan services, and they aren't very repetitive, although most fighting games are anyway.
