Or would the idea of such a co operative game being played with random strangers cause it to become absolute chaos, like the ScareScraper in Luigi's Mansion 2?
That would be awesome. LIke for the anniversary edition you think they would have had online, but they didn't. That might might have been one reason why the game wasn't as good as it could have been.
At the very least it should have had online co-op with registered friends. Though it would have been annoying to do that, since it was dsiware, and would have had is own friend codes.

This is what I was thinking. Having co-op with friends would be awesome!
Playing with people you would bring a fun experience but playing with random people...Well it can really fun and bring trouble. Personally I think it would be a great game to have online play.
