Aren't this an arcade game? It seems more like that to me to be honest and by the way what an awful game. I won't spend for it neither around a dollar. I guess won't even try it neither if it would be free to play ahaha.

Isn't 3rd person view same as 4th person?

3rd person view doesn't need to be over shoulder, it can also be from far away and it's still 3rd person...

I don't get it.

By the way I guess that "4th person" means the fact that it is introduced the "4th dimension" into the game which is the time. If you look there is the sliding thingie that gives the sensation of the time passing.

Aren't there plenty of other games that already incorporate this kind of view?  Bastion comes to mind, along with the Sims.

This probably wouldn't be a game I'd but it's great to see them trying new things and can only mean good things for the future!

Didn't GTA touch on the 4th person angle in the last couple of games when your in driving mode? There was a button you could press and it gave you a 4th angle from above, like a movie shot, if anybody remembers?

I think using an angle like that would look pretty good if your making videos of your gameplay, I don't think I'd like to actually play a full game in that perspective though.
