The antivirus software is always a shield ️ used in most computers to protect the computer against viruses from external software. Do you like using the free option or paid one?

I go with paid for that peace of mind.

Even in free country, not everything is free. I can't mess with my data security all because I'm looking at saving a few bucks from using free anti virus software.

Good thought, but what is the limitations that one can get from using a free antivirus?

There is an irony of how people who are too worried about their cybersecurity also know the least about it. Let’s go out of our way to do things that actually don’t do anything.
You're right about that. I was talking with one guy the other night and he was going on and on about cyber security issues but when I mentioned ordinary 2FA, he doesn't seem to know it.

I see people talk about turning on their VPN when they pay for stuff at home. They’re just hiding their credit card information from their ISP… who already has their credit card info.

They are just ignorant but thinking they are wise.

Well they just half ass did their research. They missed the part where it’s helpful of public wifi. Someone can sit there and get your credit card info that way. If someone’s doing that on your home network, a VPN is a bandaid to a different problem.

And when you try to teach such people what they don't know, they wouldn't wanna hear it thinking they know it all... Silly!
