I tested it and it works for IE, Opera, Firefox, Google Chrome, and other browser. But, the download video function is only available for IE, and it is hard to use compared to http://keepvid.com

No more video buffering when watching most flash video on youtube.com!
 
isn't it bad taking out the buffering?

Nope, it makes the red bar buffer faster, so you are less likely to see Youtube's doted loading ring, or at least have fewer pauses because playing the video is faster then downloading it.

I been using for about 2 weeks and I notice fewer pauses and annoying loading rings when on Youtube.

only time I experience that is if youtube is having a few times. So I guess this program is best used for those with slow internet connections.

Indeed, it is great for people who have slow internet connections. It is also great for people who like to fast forward their videos since you can't fast forward until the red bar is loaded in that place. It also has the option to save videos with its internet explorer Toolbar, but I find using http://Keepvid.com easier since it just requires you to paste in the address and Keepvids automatically makes a download link for you.
