Free to bump old topics now

We've seen an increase in old topic bumping and after discussion, we decided to drop the rule as it's pretty harmless to do so. Thank you to @Tiger21820 and other staff for enforcing it for so long. I think this rule is just an old way from the golden era of forums where it's just a default rule to have.

I will be reviewing other rules to see if anything else needs to be changed or updated.

It's all good, no one else really followed the rule anyway. Frankly no one really enforced it for years.

Your fine, it was most likely people signing up out of nowhere and finding decades old posts.
