According to a survey conducted on Facebook, roughly 1-in-5 gamers have missed a shower to continue playing video games. Men's hygiene brand Irish Spring is attempting to fix that barrier to cleanliness with the Irish Spring Nice-Smelling Gaming Shower.

Irish Spring announced via PR Newswire that its latest invention will set out to clean gamers up with a shower that can be taken while gaming. Anyone who's ever been to a video game convention, LAN party, or Super Smash Bros. tournament can confirm that being in such close quarters for such a long time can bring about some undesired scents. Irish Spring has capitalized on the oft-joked-about smell from hours spent in front of a 1440p monitor with the Nice-Smelling Gaming Shower.

Yeeeeeah, a few things wrong with this.

1. it be a ton of wasted water that runs while you game.

2. Can't really wash yourself and game at the Same time.

3. Is there water proof controllers?

I feel it maybe kind of distracting taking a shower while you game. I think people can take a shower during Gaming breaks. It is a good idea to take breaks from Gaming. There have been people who died from gaming for more than a day.
 
It looks pretty cool but not something I would use. I'm happy to say that I'm one of the 4 in 5 that does not put off a shower for gaming lmao

This is a battle for another day. Because I think this could be executed better with some material or chemical engineering but having showers at the events could help too.
 
Certainly different lol I agree with others that it's a waste of water, not practical. & what about the equipment? There could be a way to scale it down to a more doable size.
Anybody going to build one?
