Not really a 100% yuri per-se I believe and thus I said combination of both.

May want to get a scan then, not to frighten you, but sooner the better.
Hopefully, your head feels better soon, and your doctor figures out what is causing your head to hurt.

+1 on this. Try to visit a different doctor as well. They're great but sometimes some doctors may miss something/not provide the best info
