Getting GF a custom theme

As you know at the end of this year I plan to update the GF forum software and along with this I like to give the site a custom theme, two in fact a dark and light version to appeal to all.

So I like your feedback on what you like to see. for dark I'm thinking a red/black theme. For light a blue/white/gray mixture.


Please post on what you like to see for future GF forum themes. as once we upgrade we will most likely be replacing all the skins. (2 custom and one maybe 2 premaid skins.)

You say you are upgrading the software,you mean to the latest version of IPB correct?

As for what colors I would want to see.

Red/Black and/or Blue/Black.

yes to the software question. we run 3.1.X and the current one is 3.2.X

a update like that would most likely render our current skins unusable and is a good time to get a custom theme.

An upgrade wont render your skins useless, not for the next couple if any versions at all. Just so you know

previous large software updates have left them pretty unstable. So yes they are useable but become flawed and bugged.
