It's quit hilarious to hear. Meaning, money can do literally everything. If money can change your passion and make you turn back at it, it means money is more superior than everything on Earth.

I do enjoy gaming but I wouldn't consider it my main passion. I enjoy conversation over any video game which I think is the main appeal to forums for me. In exchange for $200,000 I'd be banned from all forum activity... now THAT would be a challenging decision for me. I'd like to see the fine print on that deal, does that also include text messaging, slack, messenger, social media platforms, etc? For $200,000 I can travel to many places, I can afford to take a couple of years of work to pursue new passions...

Lol, it doesn't include social media sites, but if you're interacting about gaming, it will affect your rewards. The deal is, don't associate yourself with anything called gaming anymore.

They simply wants to see your passion for video games shut down. That's why it will be extended to gaming discussion hubs. If you choose to keep your GL operation, you wouldn't enjoy the benefits upfront, lol. I know it will be hard for you to accept, because you love your gaming community.

To be fair there are a lot of non-gaming threads and looking at games without a controller is more like a movie and posting in threads is more social. But if you got the money and couldn't gamble that would be positive in disguise so you know what the money is really worth. That being said if you could make and test games it might be on the gaming side but it could also be called coding and responsiveness tests.
