The movie was delayed which is why the new release date will be Friday, November 22, 2024. It's scheduled to be released in the United States by Paramount Pictures on November 22, 2024.

Yes, Denzel Washington will feature in the movie. After watching him wrap up The Equalizer 3, I was eager to see him back in action again.
