Ubisoft has announced Gods & Monsters, a new game inspired by the myths of Ancient Greece, and it's coming on February 25, 2020.

A fantasy open-world adventure, it will feature combat with a variety of mythological creatures, as well as puzzle solving elements. Your actions are narrated by Homer, Ancient Greece's most famous storyteller, as he recounts your tale to his grandchildren.

It will be released for Switch, PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Stadia.

Per Ubisoft's description: "In Gods & Monsters players embody Fenyx, a forgotten hero on a quest to restore power to the Greek gods after it was stolen by Typhon, the deadliest creature in Greek mythology. Players will explore the Isle of the Blessed and prove their heroism as they face dangerous mythological creatures, including fearsome Gorgons and Harpies and mighty Cyclopes. Gifted with special powers from the gods of Olympus, players must overcome treacherous dungeons, challenging trials and perform heroic feats on their journey to save the gods."

Game is now called Immortals Fenyx Rising. will be a single-player adventure starring the demigod Fenix. The Greek gods are in some sort of danger, and it falls to Fenyx to use powers from fellow heroes and demigods to restore them as they battle across an open world with abilities like telekinesis and flight.
