Is Google IT Certs good to get an entry level IT support roles? like I have been hearing different things online like a mixed review. I have obtained mine today actually so I just want to know if this a good certification.

Congrats on getting it! Again, it depends on the company's setup. If you go to a company that has its processes through google then you're worthwhile, if the company is all Microsoft and AWS, then at least you got a sheet of TP :P

It depends on what you’re trying to do. In my line of work, it’s pretty much useless, but we also run a lot of our stuff in house. So when you have an Exchange server and only use MS Office type products, so we don’t have any Google related stuff. Since we do a lot of cybersecurity stuff, running your stuff in house than letting a third party like Google do it.

I’d look for places that run a lot of their stuff through Google services like their Google Docs suite (or whatever their analogue to Office is) and Google Drive. If you talk to places that have the Microsoft suite, that won’t do you any good.

I’d recommend researching certs in things that are more common and if you’re trying to go for things that will set yourself apart from your peers, something that’s also useful. Like if you get certified in Linux, it’s like “oh, you have Linux +, well cool, anything else” “oh, well I’m certified in CentOS and RHEL” it’ll be like, “oh nice, just what we’re looking for”, but if you get certified in something like Gentoo, it’s like “okay… cool I guess…”
