GTA V Epic Games Launchers RECAPCHA ERROR

So I got GTA V yesterday and installed it but now RECAPTCHA doesn't seem it work the tick normally you can choose 3 images the tick is you will get a done sign mostly another tick mark. But I get an error it something like this and the images refreshes normally it happened before on the browser after I refreshed or restarted the browser it worked fine but not sure about how it works on Epic Launcher if there is a way to report this to Rockstar or Epic Games? Please let me know.
