Halo on PS3

anyone like to see the series on PS3, since it's more powerful then Xbox what do you think it could do with the series that Xbox couldn't?
 
I'm not sure, but it won't happen unless Microsoft buys Sony or the other way around.
 
I'm not sure if Halo would look better on the PS3 since the game was made for the Xbox 360 hardware, and sometimes porting games to other systems don't look good because of sloppy recoding, laziness, or the company is too cheap to spend more money recoding Halo, so it looks great on the PS3 as well.

Plus, the people who made Halo might not know how to code Halo for the PS3 to look as good or better since they are two very different machines.
 
Since Bungie has been bought by Activision, they could bring it, but only when Microsoft's contract runs out.
 
Great point, GA. I bet their contracts aren't determined by years though.
They are probably determined by the number of games created. I wish Halo would come to the ps3 though. I miss Halo.
 
No, it's a yearly contract. Microsoft could have completely bought the rights to Halo however. I have a 360, so I still get to play Halo! XD So if it came to PS3, I wouldn't care too much.

and sony shouldn't have gotten FF either for that fact, but since they did the series got better. there was nothing Xbox could do but make the series better.
 
You can't say it got better for that reason. Your throwing your own bias to prove yourself right, where it's false. It would have been the same for the Xbox.
 
I would be mad if halo went to the PS3. That's one of the main reasons I got an Xbox.

naw, I'm pretty sure I'm right since the PS1 could do more then the N64.
 
it will never happen. and from what i've seen the capability's of games have not yet met the standards of the PS3 or xbox
 
Halo on the PS3... Hmm, perhaps it is already possible?

If a user had Windows XP installed on their old Fat PS3 that hadn't got patched to remove Other OS... Could they install and run Halo?
If yes... Halo on PS3 already possible.
If no... Oh well. Though I'm not sure that the PS3 would ever see Halo any other way because doesn't Microsoft own the rights to Halo?

Though I won't lie, I'd love to see Halo on the PS3. And I'm certain that 360 owners would love to see Uncharted on 360. But the likelihood of either occurring any time soon is very, very slim.
