How come we dont have a topic about the Mega Forms yet?

I mean, this is amazing news that some pokemon who are loved get an upgrade like Blaziken and Ampharos, though i wish the others were just evolutions instead of a mega form.

What do you think?

Do you think a 4th stage for pokemon will be a great addition? Or that pokemon with no evolutions or with just 2 stages shouldnt have an evolution but a mega form? And what do you think of those overall? Tell me your thoughts below!

I am assuming they can all transform into their megaform and then transform back with an item in the game and just can in the anime, considering the fact Mewtwo is in his megaform and can transform into it and back to his normal form in the anime.
 
They look... interesting. Perhaps a bit over complicated, but an interesting concept regardless.

Is there any more info on how these forms come about? I heard that the 'Super Training' thing mentioned before had something to do with it, but that's not exactly confirmed.

There is a Mega Stone involved in some way, but in the game you will meet a gym leader who specializes in the Mega pokemon and will tell you all about them.

Most information is on serebii.net, there were also 3 new overall pokemon. Gogoat's pre-evolution, a normal type rabbit and a pikachu look-a-like fairy electric mouse
 
It's bearing a little close to four stages of evolution, but as long as it stays more on the forme side I guess I'm fune with it. Mainly because they all look AWESOME.
 
I read that they all have special abilities. I like the way MegaAbsol and MegaLucario look, they all look amazing.
This could be very intresting!

I kind of don't like this idea. I mean if they aren't evolutions, then why have them? Besides the only cool looking ones are Lucario and MewTwo's. I like the Blazikins design only because of the colors. The other 3 don't appeal though.
