well in my house currently that i own i have, the newly bought ps3, i have a xbox 360 that i am selling, a nintendo wii, a ds, and a psp....i dont have any of the old consoles, but i think my brother has the nes in his room, still. to be honest i really dont see the point of keeping the old consoles,i would have gotten rid of them a long time ago.

Ed-I don't know if this sill counts, but I also got an IPod gen 2 and IPhone gen 4. And my bro has a PSP.

to be honest i really dont see the point of keeping the old consoles,i would have gotten rid of them a long time ago.

Because you can't sell them anywhere...most game stores will not take them and throwing them away is more of a waste anyhow. Also, the same reason your brother kept the one your grandoarent's gave him: memories.

Me I personally wouldn't care becuase I wouldn't play stuff like the NES/snes/Genesis/Gamegear/GB/GBC, because my Wii can do it. Stuff like the dreamcast however, is neat to keep around.

I had a cool GameBoy adaptor for my SNES too. Gawd I loved that.

Super Gameboy! I still have mine and it works great.
