How to Make a PVC Rocket Cannon Video

Cool, I never knew you can make such a cool rocket with just a foam mat, tape plastic PVC pipe, hairspray, a old soda bottle, and a BBQ igniter. I wonder how hard would it be to make smaller ones.

The rocket is also surprisingly quiet, and just sounds like somone hitting a tenis ball with a racket.
