I thought it wasn't/is in a bit of a grey area? I know you don't have to worry about it though since governments are usually after the big boys streaming the channels rather than people using it.

It is not even in the grey area as this IPTV is for live TV channels not for downloading movies or TV shows, and it is free no one charge money for it.
