Hy guys! I recently bought a translucent purple GameBoy Color. So far I'm really enjoying replaying Pokemon blue. I picked this badboy up at a local store called "Game Guru" while on my trip to Seattle. Boy did I get a good deal! I only paid $10 for the GBC AND metroid II. If you live in or are around the Seattle area I reccomend a trip to this AWESOME game store! Cheers!

I love the gameboy color! You have made one of the best decisions of your life. Next you should decide to give that gameboy color to me!

The only game store I could find that sells anything retro where I live sells games at a pretty steep price. They do have some good deals though and I was going to pick up a GBC for like $15 but decided to pick up Soulcalibur II for GC instead.

Maybe I will go and get a GBC so I can experience pokemon blue on the original system (instead of on a gba)

Someday I'm going to save up for a NES... and a television set from the 80's. Screw 42" plasma flat-screen TVs! Having to squint to see the blurry low-resolution mess of pixels is part of the fun!

I bought my GBC for 25 US dollars. It was pretty expensive, but I still love playing it!

I play my NES like this, and it looks good because it was made for an eighties tv set. I also have a sony tv from the 60's to play my more retro consoles, Black and white FTW!

My first video game TV was Black & White, Dr. Mario surely was a challenge to play there. XD

I remember I had a Gameboy Color for the longest time. I gave it to a best friend of mine when I knew we would never see each other again... I still don't regret my decision.
