I can't remember the name of an old video game

I remember I played a 2D game with monochrome colors and in the game I was a little person with an umbrella.I remember that I had to use the "umbrella" to jump slow motion.I'm not sure, but I think there was rain in the game. It's kinda similar to the game called "Limbo". It could be possible to be a CD game.
