...in their profile. No one else seems to do it. Are people skeptical about letting others know what town they live in?
 
Not really. But yeah I can see that no one's gonna really know where the exact location of where your house is... or will they? *Looks out the window with a Shotgun ready*

But for real though, my guess some people just loves to have an imagination such as myself.

There are some that seem to ignore filling in that part. And I'm pretty sure I've some members around that did put in their exact locations..

Well lots of people just don.t like giving out that info for safety reasons. Yeah, they won't know the exact location of your house, but they would be able to have a general idea on where you live in the world. You would basically be helping them narrow out all of the other states and countries that you "could" have lived in to that 1 town. It's much easier to find someone that way. But I like having an imagination... lol
 
Some people can have fear that maybe other people as in strangers come here and see their personal profile and might live near them. There are endless possibilities, I have mine on and I'm not worried, I mostly intimidate people because of my size

Then say that along with the joke. Even if it's just in parenthesis. This way, your posts won't look like spam that doesn't support the topic.

I agree. I don't see how it would be a bad idea to. It's not like your giving your address so people could track you down and kill/stalk you.
