If you were the Nintendo/Microsoft/Sony CEO, how would you fix their new systems?

Because as we all know, none of them are really doing too well in terms of reputation. The Wii U isn't selling as well as expected and is losing third party support left and right, the Xbox One's been hit with a flood of negative press due to its used games fee and always on Kinect, and the Playstation 4 hasn't really stood that much as of yet.

So if you were the CEO of one of these companies, how would you fix this? What would you do to turn your favoured games company's fortunes around?

Nintendo: change the name so it doesn't include "Wii" in it. Add N64 and gamecube VC games

Sony: show off new exclusive games+backwards compatibility

Microsoft: get rid of ridiculous fees, internet requirements, and include backwards compatibility

NIntendo: Sell games with cases, not just downloadable for the 3DS. (Don't know if it's true. Some guy at GameStop told me that.)

Sony: Stop ripping off Nintendo all the damn time and get some original ideas.

Microsoft: Make games playable without having to pay just to play a game you already bought just because it was pre-owned, stop having to play for Xbox Live Gold because who can afford to do that everytime it runs out? I know I don't. Finally make backwards compatibility.

Microsoft is screwing up lately that's all I'm getting out of my post...

Welp,I'd keep the wii u doing what its doin,cuz its still new so of course. As for XBOX I would deliver a game changing e3 conference and Playstation? Keep it afford able for consumers and developers.

For Nintendo, I would just allow silver, black, and white 3DS XLs to be released in North America, because Reggie won't let us get those awesome colors, and we're stuck with a crappy color selection right now.

Games, I really don't see a problem with them right now.

Nintendo: Stop with all the ridiculous hardware limitations and start stepping it up.

Sony: Tease at the possibility that GTA 5 will become next gen and show more exclusives, plus include backwards compatibility.

Microsoft: Realize Sony and Nintendo are obviously the better companies and will remain that way, quit trying, and end life with a bullet to the brain.
